FEES

There are two fee structures, each one with an "early bird" option (i.e. a lower fee if you register and pay by May 31) - Sorry, no scholarships. Fees below in euros.

1. Registration only (including coffee breaks):This is for those who live locally or are staying with friends and only want to attend the classes (five mornings from 9:00  to 12:30).

2. "Full pack": in addition to the registration and coffee breaks you get a buffet lunch after each class and three exciting social activities. This is a great way to make friends and get to know a beautiful area.

THREE-STEP ONLINE REGISTRATION

To insure an optimal learning and teaching experience the maximum number of students per class has been set at 25. We expect demand to be high and therefore encourage students to register early.

First choose your course and decide on the fee. You are then three easy steps away from a great week of learning and fun: 

1. Pre-register by clicking the button below or going to the "Registration" page: you create an account and choose your course/fee.
2. You then receive a first e-mail ("Account Creation") with an activation link that you need to click on.  You then see a message saying that you must pay the registration fee, which you can do right away or later. 
3. A few minutes after activating your account you will receive a second e-mail - a "Payment of registration fee" reminder inviting you to return to the Registration module and pay online. In that mail you will also find links to the four exciting papers written by the faculty. Remember: To get the early bird rate you need to have paid by May 31. 

This is a French government conference registration system which partners with  Paybox, the secure payment platform of the Point-VeriFone Group.  Paybox uses a 3D Secure service, verified and accredited by Visa and Mastercard.

80% of registration fee (in euros) refunded for a cancellation before June 1. No refund after June 1.
